Important Information:

• UPS Mail Innovations is a partnership between UPS and the USPS to help deliver your package faster. UPS will pick up the package at our facility however delivery will be made by the USPS.
• The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
• If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
• UPS deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
• UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Oversized novelty items may incur additional shipping costs due to their size and/or weight.

Shipping Definitions:

• Package Insured - If the package is damaged or lost during shipment the customer will not be liable. The merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer will be credited for the value of the goods pending investigation.
• Package NOT Insured - There are no insurance services offered for the carrier or method of shipment.
• USPS Delivery Confirmation - Delivery Confirmation information is available for the method. The USPS will have an initial and a delivery confirmation scan, but will not have a scan from every location during transit.
  Note: The USPS does NOT offer Delivery Confirmation when shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
• UPS Tracking Number - Tracking Numbers are available for the method. UPS will scan each location your package passes through and will have detailed information about your shipment.
• Business Day - UPS has a 5 day work week (Mon - Fri) and packages will only be delivered on these days. The USPS has a 6 day work week (Mon - Sat) and packages will only be delivered on these days.

UPS Mail Innovations Shipping Methods - Working with the USPS to Deliver your Packages:

The UPS Mail Innovations system works with the U.S. Postal Service, to provide the pick-up, processing, and initial transportation of packages to the USPS system, but then the final delivery of the package will be made by the postal service of your country.

The following shipping options are all part of the UPS Mail Innovations system:

• Uncut DVDs does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
• Uncut DVDs is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
